We strictly manage confidential information of customers and third parties obtained during our business operations and will not disclose, leak, or use it for any unintended purpose without justifiable reason. Details are subject to the separately established "Confidentiality Policy."
We do not engage in bribery, illegal political contributions, unfair provision of benefits, or any other form of corruption with domestic or foreign public officials or business partners. We also do not give or receive gifts or entertainment that exceed socially accepted limits.
We recognize the possibility of conflicts of interest arising in our business and will manage them appropriate to ensure that our customers' interests are not impaired, acting with integrity.

The Representative Director is responsible for establishing a system to ensure the implementation of this Code and for ensuring its thorough enforcement. We continuously provide education and training regarding this Code to permeate its spirit. If we become aware of any act that violates or may violate this Code, we will promptly report to or consult with the designated window.
