These Terms of Use define the conditions regarding the use of the website operated by Japan EHS Audit Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") (hereinafter referred to as "this Site"). Any user who uses this Site (hereinafter referred to as "User") is deemed to have agreed to these Terms.
In using this Site, the User must not engage in the following acts:

(1) When performing maintenance checks or updates on the computer system for this Site
(2) When the provision of this Site becomes difficult due to force majeure such as earthquakes, lightning, fires, power outages, or natural disasters
(3) When computers or communication lines, etc., stop due to an accident
2. The Company shall not be liable for any disadvantage or damage suffered by the User or a third party due to the suspension or interruption of the provision of this Site.
The Company does not explicitly or implicitly warrant that this Site is free from factual or legal defects (including defects related to safety, reliability, accuracy, completeness, validity, fitness for a particular purpose, security, etc., errors, bugs, or infringement of rights).
The Company is not liable for any damages caused to the User arising from this Site. However, if the contract between the Company and the User regarding this Site (including these Terms) constitutes a consumer contract under the Consumer Contract Act, this disclaimer does not apply.
Even in the case provided in the proviso of the preceding paragraph, the Company is not liable for damages arising from special circumstances (including cases where the Company or the User foresaw or could have foreseen the occurrence of damage) among damages caused to the User due to non-performance of debt or tort by the Company's negligence (excluding gross negligence).
4. The Company is not liable for any transactions, communications, or disputes, etc., arising between the User and other users or third parties regarding this Site.
The Company may change these Terms at any time without notice to the User if deemed necessary. If the User starts using this Site after the change of these Terms, such User is deemed to have agreed to the changed Terms.
2. In the event of a dispute regarding this Site, the court having jurisdiction over the location of the Company's head office shall be the exclusive agreed court of jurisdiction.
